First you need to fill the price inquiry form (LOI).

Once you’ve done that, you can expect to be contacted by our sales specialists through phone call or WhatsApp.

After filling out the LOI, you will receive the price of products, including our commission.

If we receive an approval about the price from you, we will issue a Preforma Invoice in the name of Global Trading Petrokimya. At this point, 5% of the agreed upon expense must be paid in cash either in Istanbul or Tehran, or to a trusted exchange agency with a receipt.

If the customer changes their mind at this stage, the 5% will not be returned and will be considered as loss compensation.

After that, the official preforma invoice (OPI) will be issued by the petrochemical company that includes all details about the product delivery and payment.

The OPI will be issued in the name of GLOBAL TRADING PETROKİMYA LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ or the final user depending on the petrochemical company policy and customer request.

According to the terms mentioned in the OPI, after full payment is made, the product will be shipped.

We receive 50% of our commission after the product is safely delivered and the customer is satisfied.

The advance payment is for the reassurance of both parties involved in this transaction.

If we obtain an official preforma invoice from the petrochemical company without being able to eventually buy the product, we will be placed in their blocklist and the advance payment is considered loss compensation.

It depends on the petrochemical company we’re purchasing from. Some give us this option, some don’t.

Delivery terms are explained in this page.

PI,CI and BL are prepared by GLOBAL TRADING PETROKİMYA or petrochemical trustee company.

Definitely not!

At your request, we can provide export and transportation documents from our offices in other countries.

If you need, we can ship the product without Iranian petrochemical packaging and labels.

In case your order volume is high, we can transfer the cargo to Jebel Ali port in Dubai and export them from there. This way the cargo will not be of Iranian origin.
